Rental Process:

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. We will send you discs based on your selection and the plan you signed up for. Upon receiving the discs, you can enjoy them for as long as you like; there are no late fees or due dates.

Fees and Unreturned Discs:

If a disc is not returned within 7 days of ending the disc service, you will be subject to a fee of $19.99 for DVDs, plus any applicable tax. This fee covers the replacement cost of the disc.

Disc Condition and Returns:

You are responsible for the discs while they are in your possession. Please handle them with care and protect them from loss, theft, or damage. If a disc is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, please notify us immediately.

Subscription Plan:

We offer various subscription plans, which include different monthly disc limits. You can choose the plan that suits your needs and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Content Availability:

The availability of movies may vary based on licensing agreements. We strive to provide a wide selection of titles, but we cannot guarantee the availability of specific content at all times.

Account Suspension and Termination:

Mailbox Movies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.

Intellectual Property:

The content provided through our Service, including movies and through our website, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

We provide our Service "as is," without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Service.
