The Dhillon family are just about holding it together. Grand Trunk Garage is being run ably by tom-boy Rita, while her brother Dave, wild and unstoppable, is intent on running the sales side of the business, Dave's Pukka Autos, into the ground. Throughout this 10 part series, aided and abetted by Happy, often unwittingly, Dave goes through a non-conformist hero's journey and comes out the other side.
