A 'Zelda' game made later in the series, and the second in the chronological order of the story. Three months after the defeat of Ganondorf and the resetting of time, Link is attacked in the forest and loses his beloved horse, Epona. Setting off to find her, he accidentally stumbles upon the parallel world of Termina. At the gateway into Termina, the famous Happy Mask salesman tells Link that a very valuable mask which contains an ancient evil spirit was stolen from him. He hires Link to retrieve it, and says that he has three days. Link enters Termina and coincidentally, in three days, the moon will crash into Termina and destroy the world. With the power to reset time, Link ventures to unravel the correlation between the evil mask of Majora, it's thief the Skull Kid demon, the vicious moon, and four ancient guardians that everyone on the planet seems to respect.
